Recapping a Successful Weekend @ the Main Line Friendlies One-Day Cup

 

 

 

The inaugural Main Line Friendlies One Day Cup 2026 took place this weekend at The Proving Grounds in Conshohocken, PA. Boys teams were in action Saturday followed by the Girls on Sunday. Over 100 teams competed throughout the weekend with over 35 clubs participating. Teams attended from all over the Mid-Atlantic Region, representing PA, DE and NJ.

U9 Boys

It was very tight at the top of the table, with three out of four teams finishing within one point. Southern Lehigh SL S2017 Boys won the bracket on five points with a +5 GD, while Lower Merion SC 2017B Navy finished second also on five points, and Harleysville FC 2017 Boys Rangers finished in third on four points.

 

U9 Girls

Montgomery United SC Royals edged out Lower Merion SC 2017G Navy at the top of the table, with both teams ending on seven points, and Montgomery having a better GD with a +7 compared to Lower Merion's +6.
 

U10 Boys

FC Montco 2016B Navy was a perfect 3-0-0, keeping one clean sheet while their high-powered attack led the way in all three games.
 

U10 Girls 

LV Water Girls put on three impressive performances on their way to a 3-0-0 finish. A strong 4-2 win over Hex FC Dominion USYS 16G to start the day, followed that up with back-to-back clean sheets.

U11 Boys 

Lower Merion SC 2015B Navy won the championship game, reaching the final after a tight 3-3 draw against Torpedoes BU11 Red.

 

U11 Girls

SJEB FC 16G Pre GA kept three clean sheets on their way to a first-place finish. They had two, five-goal victories, and a tight 1-0 win over Radnor SC 2015 Girls Premier.

 

U12 Boys

HEX FC Dominion Pre ECNL 14B went 3-0-0, keeping three clean sheets. They defeated Penn Fusion SA Pre-ECNL RL 2014 2-0, Lancaster FC 2014 Boys Academy 2-0, and Lower Merion SC 2014B 1-0.
 

U12 Girls

Lower Merion SC 2014G Navy won both of their group stage game 1-0 to reach the final, where they defeated Black Diamond SC Surge 4-1 for the championship.

 

U13 Boys 

HEX FC Dominion ECNL 13B opened with a strong 4-0 win over YMS ECNL RL B13, followed by a 3-1 win over FC Montco 2013B Navy, and finished off the day with another 4-0 win, this time over Eagle FC ECNL RL B13. They finished in first place with a 3-0-0 record.
 

U13 Girls 

HVAA 13G Aspire and HEX FC Dominion ECNL RL 13G both made the final with 2-0-0 records, and HVAA won the championship match by a 4-2 scoreline.
 

U14 Boys 

HEX FC Dominion ECNL 12B went 3-0-0, defeating HVAA Armour 2012B NPL 2-1 in the opening match, and then recording back-to-back four goal wins to close out the day.
 

U14 Girls 

Fever SC 12G Academy Red won all three of their matches 1-0, recording victories over HEX FC Dominion USYS 12G, HVAA 12G Aspire and Lower Merion SC 2012G Navy.
