EDP &PlayerFirst Tech are proud to introduce Stripe as our new payment processor.
This upgrade brings enhanced security and improved transaction reliability. As part of the transition, users will need to complete a one-time ACH/bank account verification.
Below are the steps to guide you through the process, along with a helpful video tutorial.
- Go to your Invoices & Payments page, which can be found here: https://edp.playerfirsttech.com/my/Payments/
- At the bottom of the page, you'll find PlayerFirst Payment Options. Click “Add Method”.
- Select US Bank Account, and fill in the initial fields.
- Select your bank. If your bank isn't initially displayed, use the search bar to look up your bank.
- A pop-up will display, and you will be prompted to follow the steps provided by your bank to connect your account.
NOTE: Some banks require an email verification as well. Check your inbox for an email from Stripe to complete the verification.
- Once this is complete, your ACH will be added. Give the payment method a name, and click “Save Payment Method”.
